Background
Total Rubber provides industrial fluid and energy transmission products. In 2015, Total Rubber moved their warehouse to a purpose built facility in Dandenong South. Hansen Yuncken were contracted to build the facility.
Project details
Vivesco was contracted by the builder Hansen Yuncken to complete landscape construction works including excavation, irrigation installation, planting and mulching. Our team also had a six month establishment contract for all garden maintenance, irrigation management, rubbish removal and weed control.
After completing establishment maintenance, Vivesco secured an ongoing contract with Facey Owners Corp to perform landscape maintenance at this property.
