Background
Target is moving into a new 61,300 square metre distribution centre in Melbourne's west that will consolidate and replace its existing Victorian distribution network. The new Distribution Centre is in the Drystone Industrial Estate developed by Charter Hall.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by construction company CIP to complete landscaping works around this new development. Work included excavation, soil supply, irrigation installation, mulching and the supply of over 3000 trees and plants. Our team worked closely with the CIP team to ensure the project was completed on time. This project is one of three landscape construction projects completed by Vivesco in the Drystone Industrial Estate during 2016.
After completing establishment maintenance, Vivesco secured an ongoing landscape maintenance contract with Knight Frank (managers of this property on behalf of Charter Hall).
