Background
A new 37,000 square metre warehouse distribution centre for The Reject Shop has been built in the Drystone Industrial Estate. The Estate is being developed by Charter Hall.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by CIP to complete landscaping works around this new development. Work included excavation, soil supply, irrigation installation, mulching and the supply of over 3000 trees and plants. Our team worked closely with the CIP team to ensure the project was completed on time.
After completing establishment maintenance, Vivesco secured an ongoing maintenance contract with Knight Frank (managers of this property on behalf of Charter Hall).
