Background
Rand Transport is a national refrigerated transport, cold storage and distribution services provider. The Company recently moved its Victorian operations to a new facility in the Drystone Industrial Estate. The Estate is being developed by Charter Hall.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by construction company CIP to complete landscaping works around this new development. Work included excavation, soil supply, irrigation installation, planting and mulching. Our team worked closely with the CIP team to ensure the project was completed on time. This project is one of three landscape construction projects completed by Vivesco in the Drystone Industrial Estate during 2016.
After completing establishment maintenance, Vivesco secured an ongoing landscape maintenance contract with Knight Frank (managers of this property on behalf of Charter Hall).
