Background
Prosperity Business Park is a new master planned business community currently under construction in Dandenong South. The 32 hectare estate is being developed by the Cojo Group.
Project details
The Cojo Group has appointed Vivesco Pty Ltd to complete streetscape landscaping works at their new Prosperity Business Park. Street tree planting, grassing of nature strips and establishment maintenance will be completed in Prosperity Way.
Vivesco has an ongoing maintenance contract to maintain the Prosperity Way streetscape.
