Background
Power Park is a new 50 hectare business estate in Dandenong South being developed by Goodman Property Services. Stage One of the project is currently under construction.
Contract details
Goodman Property Services has appointed Vivesco Pty Ltd to complete streetscape landscaping works at their new Power Park. Street tree planting with tree guards, a high profile gateway planting, grassing of nature strips and establishment maintenance will be completed in Discovery Road as part of the contract.
Vivesco has ongoing maintenance contracts to maintain the Power Park streetscapes.
