Background
Port Melbourne Industrial Estate is owned and managed by Goodman. In 2017, Goodman commenced a number of building and landscaping upgrades throughout the Estate.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by Goodman to complete an upgrade of all internal landscaping. The project involved the removal of all existing vegetation and the clean-out of all garden beds. The Vivesco team then completed extensive tree planting, upgrading of selected high profile garden beds and mulching. Our team worked diligently to ensure the project was completed ahead of schedule with minimal disruption to Estate tenants.
Vivesco has completed numerous other landscaping projects for Goodman at sites including Dockside Business Park, Port+ Business Park and Chifley Business Park South.
