Background
Paxton Apartments incorporates 15 luxury residences opposite the lush manicured greenery of Malvern’s iconic Central Park. This development was constructed by Figurehead.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by Figurehead Constructions to complete landscaping works around this new apartment building. Fences, retaining walls, paving, pebble surfaces, pergola, turf and gardens were installed by the Vivesco team. Our team worked closely with the Figurehead team to minimize disruption to other trades and ensure the landscaping was completed on schedule.
