Background
ITW Proline is Australia's leading supplier of fasteners and hardware to retail outlets. ITW Proline have moved their administration and distribution operations to Goodman's new Power Park in Dandenong South.
Project details
Xerri Pty Ltd, the company behind the construction of ITW Proline's new home, appointed Vivesco Pty Ltd to complete landscaping around the new administration and distribution centre. Landscaping was completed in June 2013 and the Vivesco team then maintained the site for a further 12 months as part of the construction contract.
In 2014, our team commenced a three year contract with Goodman to maintain the site including all garden maintenance, irrigation, rubbish removal and weed control.
