Background
Chifley Business Park South is a new business park that is owned and managed by Goodman. Grain & Bake are moving their manufacturing plant and offices to a purpose built facility in this new estate.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by construction company CMW to complete landscaping around the new warehouse and install feature landscaping at the entrance to the Estate. Work included excavation, soil supply, irrigation installation, granitic surfaces, mulching and planting of almost 1500 plants. Our team also constructed a feature wall outside the main office entrance.
