Background
Goodman is an integrated commercial and industrial property group that owns, develops and manages real estate including warehouses, large scale logistics facilities, business parks and offices throughout Australia. Goodman has placed a particular emphasis on high levels of landscaping with a vehicle free green open space area provided between the 5 star Nabers rating buildings.
In 2017 Goodman passed management over to Colliers International. Colliers International is a leading commercial real estate company in Australia, and around the world.
Contract details
In 2014, Vivesco secured a contract with Goodman to perform landscape maintenance at Ferntree Business Park. Colliers International took over the management of the Park in 2017 and requested that Vivesco continue with landscape maintenance. Our team is responsible for all landscape maintenance, turf maintenance, rubbish removal, irrigation management, weed control and garden improvements as part of the three year contract.
Vivesco also maintains Healey Industrial Estate for Colliers International.
