Background
The Drystone Industrial Estate in Laverton North is quickly becoming the preferred home to companies who require large industrial and logistics facilities with ease of access to major arterial networks. Companies including Target, The Reject Shop, Rand Transport and Laverton Cold Storage have all established logistics facilities within the new Estate. The Estate is being developed by Charter Hall.
Project details
Vivesco was appointed by the developer to supply and install instant Kikuyu turf to all nature strips within the Estate along Foundation Road and National Drive. Our team is continuing this work throughout the Estate as new roads are constructed.
The Vivesco team is also responsible for mowing maintenance within the Drystone Industrial Estate.
