Background
Dutch company Newcold constructed a highbay freezer warehouse with an adjacent dispatch/packaging building and associated office. This new facility located in the Agar Estate, Truganina was constructed by Hansen Yuncken.
Contract details
Hansen Yuncken appointed Vivesco to complete landscaping works for this project. Earthworks, soil supply, irrigation installation, planting and mulching was undertaken by Vivesco. Landscaping was completed in March 2018 and the Vivesco team now maintains the landscaped areas for Newcold.
